Our machines are meticulously crafted under stringent quality controls to ensure superior performance and reliability. We warrant that the machine will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase, provided it is used in accordance with our published guidelines, including user manuals and instructional videos available on our YouTube channel. This warranty excludes the battery and throwing wheels, which are covered for three (3) months from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. To activate and maintain this warranty, the original purchaser must register the machine via the contact link on our company website within sixty (60) days of the purchase date; failure to do so will void the warranty. Refurbished machines, which have been fully upgraded with the latest hardware and software to perform as if newly manufactured from our factory, carry the same warranty duration as new machines based on the purchaser's classification as an individual. Warranty Coverage of Repairs

Under this limited warranty, if a defect arises during the applicable coverage period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective machine or component using new or refurbished parts that meet or exceed original specifications. For simple part replacements, we will supply the new part along with detailed installation guidance, including access to support resources such as instructional videos or phone assistance. Should you prefer professional inspection and installation by our team, or if the issue proves more complex requiring comprehensive evaluation, please contact us through the website's contact page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be responsible for shipping costs to send the machine to our designated repair facility; we will cover the return shipping expenses and all repair or replacement costs for valid warranty claims. For machines requiring service outside the warranty period, please reach out via our website's contact page—email is our preferred method—to request our up-to-date repair fee schedule and discuss options.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover, and we disclaim all liability for, any damage or defects resulting from: misuse, neglect, alteration, abuse, fire, accident, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, use of non-approved accessories or parts, exposure to extreme environmental conditions (such as excessive heat, moisture, or corrosive substances), normal wear and tear (including gradual deterioration of consumable components beyond their specified coverage), electrical surges or power failures, transportation damage, or operation outside our recommended guidelines as outlined in the user manual or instructional videos on our YouTube channel. Additionally, this warranty is void if the original purchaser fails to register the machine via the contact link on our company website within sixty (60) days of purchase, if the machine's serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced, or if the machine is registered by an individual or entity (such as a club or association) in a manner inconsistent with the original purchaser's status at the time of purchase. This warranty provides your sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, revenue, profits, or data, arising from any breach of this warranty or other legal theory.
